TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES...
Amurcon is a strong advocate of our Associates continuing to gain knowledge and new experiences during their tenure.
We have a wealth of knowledge within our organization and have developed an internal Amurcon Center for Education (ACE). It specializes in educating our Associates in matters dealing directly with the industry.
Amurcon also seeks out and recommends outside training classes and seminars for many of our Associates. We participate in various trade associations and look for courses which provide a benefit to the attendees, in either the performance of their current responsibilities or in preparation for career moves within the company.
