• A historical financial statement that includes the last full year of operations
• Current financing arrangement
• Current year-to-date operating statement
• Current rent roll
• Current year’s tax valuation and tax rate
• Present-day photographs and property description
  
• Location map
• A listing agreement or letter of authorization, if applicable, from the seller
  indicating that the broker has the authority to release such information
